Where we came from
Canopy Partners grew out of us, Duncan and Jemima working together as Group CEO and COO inside a Private UK Family Office.
That experience gave us a clear view of what founders actually need and how rarely they can get it. The advice available to growing businesses is either too generic, too expensive, or too detached from the reality of running a company day to day.
We set up Canopy Partners to fill that gap. Not as a consultancy, not as a coaching practice, but as a working partner, someone who comes in, understands the business properly, and helps you fix the things that are holding it back.

Where appropriate we like to start every engagement with an Elevation Report. Think of it as gaining a higher vantage point: a structured assessment that helps us understand your business quickly and gives you greater clarity on what's working, what needs attention, and where the biggest opportunities exist.
Our Elevation Report covers a written look across your operations, finance, commercial and leadership. Each of the four is scored red, amber or green, written up and presented to you in person. You leave knowing what to work on first, and what green looks like in each area.

Most founder-led businesses hit a point where the structure that got them to where they currently are stops working. The founder has to approve every decision, the team is not built for where it is currently, the numbers are not telling the full story, growth has stalled or is happening faster than the business can handle.
The answer is rarely one big thing but it is usually a combination of smaller things, in the right order, done properly which is what we help with.
